​On the Move Studio is the  Home studio of  Pilates on the Move

On the Move studio evolved from focusing exclusively on the Pilates Method and  offers   Dance Fitness and  CoreRelated Fitness 
​
Pilates on the Move was created to provide clients the opportunity for accommodating, affordable and adaptive Pilates instruction  to develop life long wellness thru Pilates.  Core strength is definitely the key to Pilates but as you start your journey  and gain a better understanding of  the pilates Method you will find it  will enhance your balance, postural alignment, deep muscle discovery and usage and Sooo much more. Our clients are able to receive ongoing, quality Pilates instruction on their time schedule and at their comfort level.

PILATES ​We offer Pilates Reformer on the Reformer Machine, Pilates Mat and now Pilates Chair. 
​Group Classes  must be reserved in advance  and private session available by appointment* ​

Body CONDITIONING-Offering programming based on the Pilates method Principles, On The Move Studio offers MOVE *Barre Conditioning classes  to lengthen, stabilize and strengthen the muscles of the body.  Identifying key concepts in core strength, Move Barre conditioning classes are a great enhancement to any conditioning exercise regime. Utilizing classic Ballet and dance conditioning techniques this class is a constant challenge on the leg, thigh  butt and core muscles

*Reformer Body Conditioning  - These classes that utilize the pilates machine known as the reformer offering a  HIIT- high intensity Interval  (resistance based) Training routine .  It involves core strength building, upper body muscle strength and endurance  training and an intense lower body functional movement  workout. 
*Pilates Chair Workout  -Much like the reformer body conditioning class the Pilates chair work out offers a full body work out. 
​DANCE FITNESS-Cardio core workouts thru Dance Fitness are offered in a Group fitness format.  Gruvline Dance fitness is a series of coordinated dance moves with exhilarating music to keep the heart rate up and guaranteed to give you a great workout!!
